Zero Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content

Jaintva has ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content and abusive behavior.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Hate speech, harassment, or bullying
  • Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit content
  • Violence, threats, or content promoting harm
  • Child exploitation or endangerment in any form
  • Spam, fraud, or misleading information
  • Content that violates Jain values and principles

Any user posting objectionable content will be immediately removed from the platform without warning.

You are expected to follow these guidelines with sincerity and mindfulness.

Core Community Standards

Respect Jain Values and Principles

  • Promote peace, non-violence, and harmony.
  • Content must not promote violence, non-vegetarian food, alcohol, tobacco, gambling, or any form of addiction.
  • Jain religious symbols, teachings, saints, temples, and community practices must be shown utmost respect.

Be Authentic and Honest

  • Your profile must represent your true identity. Fake accounts, impersonation, and misleading information are prohibited.
  • Jain Shravak verification details must be genuine.

Safety and Non-Violence

  • Content that threatens, abuses, harasses, or encourages harm (physical, mental, or emotional) will not be tolerated.
  • Suicide, self-harm, or content glorifying dangerous behavior is strictly prohibited.

No Hate Speech or Discrimination

  • You cannot target or insult anyone based on caste, sect, religion, gender, disability, nationality, or personal beliefs.
  • Any form of bullying, trolling, or discriminatory remarks will result in strict action.

Nudity and Sexual Content

  • Sexually explicit content, pornography, obscene language, and suggestive posts are strictly forbidden.
  • Content must align with community modesty and cultural sensitivity.

No Promotion of Illegal or Harmful Products

  • Drugs, weapons, tobacco, alcohol, gambling, counterfeit goods, and non-vegetarian products are banned from being promoted or sold on Jaintva.

No Spam, Bots, or Fake Engagement

  • Mass liking, auto-commenting, repeated friend requests, or sending mass messages is considered spam and is not allowed.
  • Fake followers, fake business reviews, and bot-generated engagement are strictly prohibited.

Respect Intellectual Property

  • Post only content that you own or have permission to use.
  • Do not upload copyrighted materials (music, videos, images) without appropriate rights.

Misinformation and Fraud Prevention

  • Sharing false, misleading, or unverified information about Jain teachings, community events, or members is not allowed.
  • Scams, financial fraud, misrepresentation of businesses, or cheating in matrimonial listings will lead to account termination.

Privacy and Consent

  • Do not post or share personal information, photos, or videos of others without their consent.
  • Misuse of personal data, screenshots, or private chats will result in immediate action.

Reporting and Blocking Features

  • Report Content or Users: Users can report any post, comment, or profile that violates our Community Guidelines. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and appropriate action will be taken.
  • Block Users: Users can block other users to prevent them from viewing their profile, sending messages, or interacting with them in any way.

Respect Jain Pilgrimages and Community Assets

  • Content must promote the preservation and protection of Jain pilgrimage sites and temples.
  • Misuse of the Jain Pilgrimage Protection feature is a serious violation.

Student and Business Networking Integrity

  • Students, businesses, and professionals must post accurate details.
  • False claims, degree fraud, and fake business listings will not be tolerated.

Age-Appropriate Usage

  • Jaintva is intended for users 13 years and above.
  • Profiles of underage users may be removed unless supervised by a parent or guardian.

Recommendation and Search Eligibility

  • Content that violates guidelines will not be recommended on Explore or Search features.
  • Priority is given to original, meaningful, and respectful content.

Suicide, Self-Injury and Eating Disorders

  • No content promoting or glorifying suicide, self-harm, starvation diets, or eating disorders.

Additional Protection of Minors

  • No sexualization, endangerment, exploitation, bullying, or sharing private content involving minors.
  • Child accounts must be supervised by guardians.

Consequences of Violations

If a user violates the Jaintva Community Guidelines, strict action will be taken to protect the safety and integrity of the platform. Depending on the severity of the violation, consequences may include content removal, warnings, temporary account restrictions, or permanent account suspension. Serious offenses like child exploitation, hate speech, pornography, or fraud will lead to immediate account termination. All actions are carefully monitored and enforced by SiaSys, the parent company of Jaintva. Users can view their account status and appeal actions through the app's support section.

The developer reviews reported content within 24 hours and removes objectionable material.
