These Terms of Use (or "Terms") govern your access and use of Jaintva, except where we expressly state that separate terms (and not these) apply, and provide information about the Jaintva Service (the "Service"), outlined below.
The Jaintva Service is one of the SIASYS PRODUCT, provided to you by JAIN PRABUDH MANCH TRUST. These Terms of Use therefore constitute an agreement between you and SIASYS AND JAIN PRABUDH MANCH TRUST. If you do not agree to these Terms, then do not access or use Jaintva.

2. Eligibility
You may use the App only if:
- You are at least 13 years old, or of minimum legal age in your country to use an app with community features.
- You agree to use the App for lawful, community-centric, and non-commercial purposes unless otherwise approved by the Trust.
- You are not prohibited by any law or court order from using the App.
3. Types of Users
There are three types of users on Jaintva:
a. General Users
- Can access basic app features like community news, events, Sangh listings, and interact with general content.
- May register for events, post queries, and engage with community resources.
b. Sangh General Users
- Can view details about a particular Sangh and its members.
- Cannot manage Sangh activities but are connected with Sangh updates.
c. Sangh Post Holders
- Includes President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
- Can switch to the Sangh management dashboard and:
- Add or update Sangh details.
- Manage members, events, and announcements.
- View community queries related to their Sangh.
4. Services Provided
The Jaintva App offers the following key services:
- Sangh directory and management tools.
- Jain community event updates and participation modules.
- Community bulletin boards, news, and announcements.
- Connection with Jain organizations and initiatives.
- Payment gateway for services involving Sangh fees or contributions.
Note: The app is community-centric and nonprofit in nature, created to foster unity and prosperity in the Jain community.
4A. Community Competitions
- Certain competitions or contests within the app are organized by the Sangh President or authorized Sangh representatives.
- Only genuine users may participate. Fake profiles, edited content, or misleading submissions will result in disqualification.
- Cheating, manipulation, or misuse of the competition system is strictly prohibited.
- All competition decisions made by the Sangh President or Competition Committee are final and cannot be challenged.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use Jaintva in a respectful and community-oriented manner.
- Not impersonate others or provide false information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Not post any harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
- Respect other users, and refrain from harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior.
- Not interfere with or attempt to disrupt the App or its services.
6. Sangh Page Management
- Access to Sangh Management is provided only to verified Post Holders (President, Secretary, Treasurer).
- Post Holders can:
- Approve or reject requests to join Sangh.
- Post announcements or internal communications.
- Update Sangh structure, committee roles, and internal rules.
- Sanghs may be verified by JPMT before being listed publicly.
7. Payment Terms
- Jaintva collects Sangh fees, donations, or service-related payments through Razorpay, a secure and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway, on behalf of Jain Prabuddh Manch Trust.
- All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Users can pay using UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallets. Jaintva does not collect, store, or process any sensitive financial information such as card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank credentials — all such data is handled exclusively by Razorpay.
- Jaintva and Jain Prabuddh Manch Trust are not liable for issues arising due to incorrect payment details entered by the user or delays caused by banks, UPI service providers, or Razorpay's payment infrastructure.
8. Payment Refund Process
If you experience any issues related to payment, failed transactions, duplicate charges, or require a refund for any valid reason, please follow the process below:
Step 1: Raise a Complaint or Refund Request
- You must raise a refund request or complaint within the Jaintva app by using the designated "Help & Support" or "Raise a Complaint" section.
- Clearly mention:
- The reason for the refund.
- Transaction ID or payment reference.
- Any relevant screenshots (if available).
- Date and amount of the transaction.
Step 2: Alternatively, You Can Email Us
- If you're unable to raise the issue within the app, you may email us directly at:

- Please include all necessary transaction details and your registered mobile number or email used in the app.
Step 3: Review and Resolution
- Once we receive your request, our team will:
- Acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours.
- Verify the payment details based on the transaction reference or payment proof shared by the user.
- Resolve valid refund cases typically within 7–10 working days.
Please note: Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Important Notes:
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to review and approval by Jaintva and the respective Sangh/organizer, especially in cases of event fees or voluntary contributions.
- Requests raised after 15 days of the original transaction may not be considered.
- Jaintva and JPMT are not liable for any delays caused by banking partners or third-party services beyond our control.
9. Third-Party Services
Jaintva integrates Razorpay as its third-party payment gateway for securely processing Sangh fees, donations, and service-related payments. Razorpay is a PCI-DSS compliant platform and handles all financial transactions within the app. Jaintva does not collect or store any sensitive payment data — this is managed entirely by Razorpay.

The app may display general informational content or references related to Jain community activities, awareness, or initiatives. Such references are provided only for informational purposes.
Jaintva is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any external resources that may be referenced.
10. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in the App, including content, design, logo, and features, belong to Jain Prabuddh Manch Trust.
- Users retain ownership of any original content they submit, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display such content in connection with the app's community functions.
- Unauthorized copying, reuse, or modification of the app's material is prohibited.
11. Data Collection & Privacy
We collect only necessary user data, such as:
- Name, Mobile Number, and Email (for registration)
- Sangh association (if any)
- Occupation and interest data (only with user consent)
- App usage statistics (to improve user experience)

12. Advertisement & Promotions
By using Jaintva, you understand and agree that:
- You may be shown relevant advertisements or promotional material, including community services and business promotions approved by JPMT.
- We use non-sensitive user data like activity patterns and interests to display relevant ads.
- We do not sell user data to third parties.
13. Donations
Donations made through the Jaintva app are completely voluntary. Users choose to donate at their own discretion for social, religious, or community welfare purposes.
All donation payments are securely processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Donated amounts are transferred directly to the official account of Jain Prabuddh Manch Trust or the associated foundation. Jaintva does not hold, control, or manage donated funds.
Donations are not considered a paid service or product. Making a donation does not guarantee any benefit, privilege, service activation, or entitlement within the app.
Upon successful payment, Razorpay automatically generates a transaction confirmation. Users are advised to save their Razorpay transaction ID or confirmation for future reference. No manual screenshot upload is required.
For transparency and community awareness, verified donations may be publicly acknowledged through posts generated from the foundation's official profile, which may include donor name, donation amount, and purpose.
Donations are non-refundable. Any dispute or clarification regarding a donation transaction is subject to verification of the Razorpay payment record and the sole discretion of Jain Prabuddh Manch Trust.
14. User-Generated Content and Moderation
Users may submit posts, comments, event information, or other community updates within the Jaintva App.
By submitting content, you agree to the following:
- Ownership and Rights: You confirm that you own or have the legal right to publish the content. You grant Jaintva a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content in connection with the app’s community features.
- Prohibited Content: You agree not to post any content that is obscene, offensive, abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, false, or otherwise objectionable. This includes hate speech, nudity, sexual content, violence, bullying, spam, or misleading information. Violation of this rule may result in removal of content and suspension or termination of your account.
- Reporting Objectionable Content: Users can report any content they find abusive, harmful, or otherwise objectionable using the “Report” option available on posts, comments, Stories(Moment) or user profiles. All reports will be reviewed by the Jaintva moderation team.
- Blocking Abusive Users: Users can block other users who behave abusively or post objectionable content. Once blocked, the blocked user cannot interact with your posts, comments, messages, or profile.
- Moderation and Developer Action: Jaintva reserves the right to moderate, hide, or remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. All reported content will be reviewed within 24 hours by the moderation team, and appropriate actions will be taken, including content removal or user suspension/termination.
- Compliance with Law: All content submitted must comply with applicable laws. Jaintva is not responsible for user-generated content but will take prompt action as described above when violations are reported or detected.
14A. Content Moderation & User Safety
Jaintva is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community environment.
How to Report Content:
- Tap the “Report” button on any post or profile
- Select the violation category
- Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours
- Action is taken and the reporter is notified
How to Block Users:
- Visit the user’s profile
- Tap the “Block User” option
- Blocked users cannot view your profile or contact you
Moderation Actions:
- Content Removal – Immediate deletion of violating posts
- Account Warning – For first-time minor violations
- Temporary Suspension – For repeated violations
- Permanent Ban – For severe or repeated objectionable content
The developer acts on all reported content within 24 hours by removing violating content and permanently ejecting users who post objectionable material.
15. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:
- There is a violation of these Terms.
- Malicious, abusive, or unlawful behavior is detected.
- Fake identities, false Sangh listings, or impersonations are identified.
Users may appeal suspension decisions by writing to our official email.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Jaintva and JPMT are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or complete security from unauthorized access.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Jaintva, JPMT, and their team harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and legal fees arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your content or activity on the platform.
- Disputes related to Sangh memberships or transactions.
18. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be communicated via in-app notifications or email.
Your continued use of Jaintva after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Khargone District, India.
20. Account Deletion and Data Retention
- If you choose to delete your Jaintva account, your personal user access to the platform will be permanently removed, and you will no longer be able to use any features of the app.
- However, certain data related to your community identity (Shravak details), such as your name, Sangh affiliation, and basic community contribution history, may still be securely retained in our internal systems even after account deletion.
- This is because these details go beyond just your app usage and are part of your long-term identity in the Jain community ecosystem supported by Jain Prabuddh Manch Trust, with the intent of promoting your wellbeing, future involvement, and community service benefits.
- Additionally, your account details will be retained for 30 days post-deletion for security and audit purposes. During this period:
- The data will not be visible to anyone, including Sanghs or other users.
- It may only be accessed internally in case of legal requirement, law enforcement inquiries, or fraud investigation.
